What's the wedding itinerary?

The big day is set for August 22nd at The Duck Blind at Olde 41, and we can't wait to see you there. Outdoor seating at the venue will open at 2:30 PM, and we recommend arriving at least thirty minutes early to ensure you have plenty of time to find the ceremony space and settle into a seat before we begin sharp at 3:00 PM. Following the "I dos," the family will be taking photos on-site. During this time you are welcomed to walk around the venue and check out the scenery, or go in to have a drink. The reception kicks off at 4:00 PM, with dinner at 5:00 PM, followed by dancing. The celebration will wind down around 10:30 PM.

Where's the wedding located?

Our venue is Duck Blind @ Olde 41, located at 1966 Velp Ave, Green Bay, WI. You can use this link, https://maps.app.goo.gl/kLXQVcKWSm3SyW5n7 to view the location in Google Maps. Once you arrive, head towards the building on the right and proceed to the back patio where the ceremony will take place.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors on the patio to the left of the Duck Blind, overlooking Duck Creek. If raining, the ceremony will be held indoors. Guests can walk to their seats and directly into the building on easy access paved walkways.

Are plus-one's and children allowed?

Due to space restrictions, we can't accommodate additional guests, including children. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We'll be serving a buffet style dinner with a choice of entrée. There'll be a chicken, fish and gluten-free/vegan options available. We'll also have dessert and late-night pizza for those staying through the festivities.

Will there be an open bar?

No, we recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to purchase alcoholic beverages. Complimentary Water and Soda will be provided.

Are gifts allowed?

Yes, cash gifts and personalized gifts are welcomed. A card box will be present at the wedding for your convenience. Due to combining homes, we do not have a registry.

Are pictures allowed during the wedding ceremony?

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. Please respect our privacy and don't share photos of our wedding on social media, as we'd like to make a formal wedding announcement with our professional images.
